Careers

Help us make compliance feel like infrastructure, not a distraction.

We're a small, focused team building tools that help startup engineers stay audit ready without the usual headache. If you care about your craft and want to ship work that actually matters, we'd love to hear from you.

Why work here

Liance is early stage and we're being very intentional about how we grow. We aren't interested in scaling a huge sales team or just chasing every feature request from big enterprises.

Instead, we're building a product that makes security compliance less painful for the people who actually have to do the heavy lifting. You'll work directly on the product, ship code that real users see every day, and help define how compliance tools should feel for modern teams.

What we value

Small team, high ownership.

There's no middle management or endless layers of permission here. You own your work from start to finish and ship it when you know it's ready.

Quality over speed

We'd always rather ship something thoughtfully built than rush out a bunch of half-finished features.

Work from anywhere

Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We coordinate mostly through writing across different time zones.

Real impact

Everyone on the team ships to production. Your work reaches our users directly, it doesn't just sit in a backlog.

Perks & benefits

We keep things simple and generous.
